I've heard good things about this BBQ joint in Fort Worth, and today I chose to try it out. First off, I have not been to this part of Fort Worth in at least a decade and boy what a transformation this neighborhood is going through, and in a very positive way. Back to Panther City BBQ... Before even entering the facility, the smells outside were amazing. Upon entering the facility, you place and pay for your order, then grab your drinks and grab a seat. Seating indoors is limited but they do have an outdoor patio, which I chose not to dine in as it seemed kinda loud on the patio. My dining partner and I ordered the Southside Slammer, a half pound of the pork belly burnt ends, a small side of the Flacos half-baked potato salad, cream corn, and smoked Mac and cheese, and two orders of the Smoked Pecan Bread Pudding. Dissecting the Southside Slammer, chosen for the variety of meats included, I was torn between the meats. I was extremely impressed with the brisket, as it wasn't overly fatty, but still was juicy. I chose the Garlic Beef Sausage, and it really didn't have that much flavor, and the skin was super tough. The pulled pork was Heavenly, and the smoked bologna was mediocre. The cream corn was super yummy, as well as the Mac and cheese, which was super creamy and super cheesy. For dessert, the Smoked Pecan Bread Pudding was over the top. The only thing to make better would have been a scoop of Blue Bell vanilla ice cream. Trust me, save room for dessert 'Cause their bread pudding is incredible.

#1 BBQ in DFW hands Down. I am from south Ft worth and wife is from Southside Ft Worth and this literally tastes like the southside bbq we grew up eating! Brisket is the Best thing they offer and I would not leave without getting some Smoked Bologna. That might be the second best thing on the menu. If I am in the area I Literally make sure I come here.

This place definitely lives up to the hype! They are a solid 4.5 stars for me. The BBQ is fantastic! I found them on instagram and was enticed with by the elotes and man it did not disappoint! If you get a chance to try the fully loaded brisket elotes don't pass it up. It was outstanding! The flavors were on point. The brisket and ribs were phenomenal and represented Texas BBQ proudly. The service and servers were great and friendly. They were also helpful with the menu since it was my first time there. The ambiance is definitely more of a bar feel and is not very spacious on the inside, but there is decent seating. They also have a very nice outdoor seating area with live music if you can brave the heat haha. All in all, I would definitely recommend this place to family, friends, locals, visitors and the likes. Enjoy!

Outstanding. There are few places that have me thinking about the meal days after, or have my mouth water when I look back at the photos and consider posting a Yelp review. Everything was good. I wish they had a larger beer section/more local options but El Flaco figured out the taco. It takes a few minutes when you order them but, get this, they create a frico on the outside of the tortilla!! There is nothing flaco about this taco, it is rich and decadent. They serve it with lime which is exactly what the taco needs to balance the whole thing out. Yum.

Ordered a pickup for 4th of July, review is mainly for the food. Simple to order, decent wait (from what my brother said he picked it up, lol) & all packaged up nicely. If you do these orders, know that you will have to slice everything yourself, which is fine & they do let you know that they come whole when ordering. Just an FYI if you are ordering for a get together or something. Meats also come wrapped up, so make sure you have your own pans or serving plates. Ribs - good, lots of flavor. Sausage (regular & jalapeño cheddar) - worth it, especially, loved the jalapeño cheddar! Brisket - delicious, every piece was flavorful & juicy. However, the brisket is extremely greasy. The two sides we had were the potato salad & mac n' cheese. They were good but nothing special. The meat was very salty, just be warned. I love salt but it was a bit too much for me. Their BBQ sauce is delicious, it's on the sweet side which is more to my liking. I wouldn't mind eating here or ordering food from them again!

It's been a minute since we came to Panther City. The line had started to grow as soon as the restaurant opened. We were fourth or fifth in line and it moved quickly and efficiently. The ladies at the register were all business! We placed our order and found a lovely picnic table outside. Everything was flavorful and delicious. The mac and cheese was hands down some of the best I've ever had. I still think of it, months later. Everything came out perfectly cooked and seasoned. The portions were very generous and we had a bunch of left overs to take back to the hotel for later. We will definitely come back when we're in town!

This trip to Panther City was far better than our first visit. If a bbq place can do turkey this good, the rest of their food is likely next-level! There is something tangy in their slaw which I really enjoyed. Friendly staff and quick service. Will be back soon!

At the insistence of several coworkers, we went to Panther City BBQ We got there at about 4:45 and they did have a long list of things they were sold out of - we wanted to try the Texas Twinkies or the Pulled Pork Poppers, but those were unfortunately on the list. We were able to get everything else we wanted though! We ordered a Cowtown Platter (1/2 lb brisket, 1/2 lb pulled pork, 1/2 lb sausage). It includes 2 sides-we opted for the half baked potato salad and smoked macaroni. We also got the brisket elote, a smash burger, flacodillas, and tacos. It was a lot of food! We all shared a little of everything. The brisket was great! The pulled pork was just okay. Hubby and son liked the burger a lot. My daughter loved the elote and macaroni. The macaroni had some sort of chili (jalapeno?) in it and I thought it was great! We did not like the potato salad - not a lot of flavor. The flacodillo was my favorite! The inside was kind of small, so we ate outside and the flies were pretty terrible. We ate quickly and took a ton home! Overall, would recommend
